Our Team

Tyra Edwards-Rowell, Ed.S., NCC, LPC-S
My goal as a couples therapist is to provide a safe place with no judgment or bias; help couples communicate effectively; rebuild trust and restore intimacy after infidelity; resolve conflicts with care; help couples deal with trauma in their relationship or marriage; address toxic beliefs, thoughts, and patterns of behavior; and implement new ways of communicating difficult conversations. I also provide premarital counseling. (Licensed in Mississippi and Louisiana)

Antwaia Baker, P-LPC
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and identity-related concerns. I understand that sometimes you can know what you need to do and still feel stuck trying to actually do it. I help clients recognize patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to anxiety, feeling stuck, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Together, we can work to challenge unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. You don’t have to come into therapy with the perfect words or have everything figured out. My role is to meet you where you are, help you better understand what you’re experiencing, and support you as you work toward becoming more confident, grounded, and connected to yourself. (Licensed in Mississippi)
